Exhibitor Service Manual
Available Online
The
SIIM 2008 Exhibitor Service Manual is available to exhibitors online for
easier and faster access to important information and order forms needed to
exhibit at the SIIM 2008 Annual Meeting. To access the information and order
forms in the service manual, use the table of contents as a guide. You must
place your cursor over the topic of interest and click it to hyperlink to the
corresponding page. If you need an access code for online ordering, contact
Champion Exhibitor Services at 800-723-1123 for assistance.
New Bronze Level Sponsorship Opportunities
STILL AVAILABLE—a few spots to showcase your exhibit booth in the SIIM
2008 “Official Map and Guide.” This sponsorship is being offered at the
introductory rate of $500. Put a business card-sized advertisement of
your company, logo, and exact location on the exhibit floor in the hands
of every attendee at the meeting. Your booth space and name will be
highlighted on the map for easy recognition.
Additional Special Offer—Promote your company’s message on the back
cover of the folded “Official Map and Guide”—for $4,000. When the map is
folded, your company will be promoted and given special recognition.

Meeting/Function Space Request Form Deadline –
April 4
If you are planning a meeting and/or social function at SIIM 2008,
please submit your
Meeting/Function Space Request Form by Friday, April 4. Please note
the dates and times listed at the bottom of the form indicated when
exhibitors are permitted to schedule meetings.
Exhibitor Housing
It’s not too late to secure your exhibitor housing requirements. In
addition to the existing SIIM hotels, the Crown Plaza has been added to
the SIIM hotel block with lots of rooms dedicated to exhibitors. Visit
the SIIM-Seattle Housing Bureau today to make your hotel reservations.
The cut-off date for SIIM’s negotiated special discounted hotel rate is
April 21 – so act today! Visit the

Exhibitors have been made, and informational packets were
mailed on January 8. Booth numbers will also be posted on
the NEWSIIM 2008 Online Exhibitor Guide.

sponsorship. The Final Program is distributed to
all meeting attendees and will be available for
pickup throughout the Convention Center – your

Priority Booth Assignment Period Deadline is
Coming Up!
The Priority Exhibitor Booth Assignment Period deadline is December 21, 2007.
All SIIM 2007 exhibiting companies and/or SIIM corporate members are eligible to
participate in this program. The exhibit space application & contract, along
with full payment, must be received in the SIIM office by the deadline to take
advantage of this program. The

plan are available on the SIIM website.
NEW! SIIM 2008 Online Exhibitor Guide
Check out the newest feature of the SIIM 2008 Annual Meeting website - the
improved “Online
Exhibitor Guide”. Participating exhibiting companies are highlighted in both
an alphabetical listing and a product category listing making it easier to
identify the companies attendees need to connect with at the SIIM Annual
Meeting. A listing by booth numbers will be added in early January.

The SIIM 2008 Exhibitor Prospectus has been mailed to all 2007 exhibiting

place from September through December. The deadline for the Priority Period is
December 21, 2007. To be eligible to participate in this program, a
company must have exhibited at last year’s meetings, and/or be a SIIM corporate
member. The exhibit space application & contract, along with full payment,
must be received in the SIIM office by the deadline to take advantage of this
program.
SIIM Corporate Membership
Join SIIM 2008 as a corporate member and receive a 10%
discount on your booth space today! By becoming a corporate member today,
you will be able to participate in the priority booth assignment period.
If you are already a SIIM corporate member, be sure to renew your dues when
submitting your exhibit space application & contract.
