If you are in need of housing for the SIIM 2008 meeting, call
the hotels in the SIIM block directly. During the last couple of
weeks prior to the meeting, cancellations and changes to existing
registrations take place, opening up hotel rooms.

Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card
or first night’s deposit. Your guarantee assures room availability until
midnight day of arrival date. If you fail to arrive by midnight, your
room will be released and may not be available. Non-guaranteed rooms
are subject to cancellation by the hotel.
Cancellation, Changes &
Substitution Policy
All cancellations, changes and substitutions are to
be made through the Seattle Housing Bureau through April 28, 2008. After
April 28, 2008, direct all cancellations, changes and substitutions
directly to the hotel. All changes and substitutions are subject to
availability and rate.
Cancellations made after April 21, 2008 will be
charged a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival
date will be charged one night room and tax. If canceling a hotel
reservation, please note the date and time of your call and secure a
cancellation number for your records.
