SIIM 2008 Press Registration

The SIIM 2008 Annual Meeting is the place to cover breaking stories, detect trends, develop sources, and gather background for your year-round reporting on every aspect of medical imaging informatics.

Working members of the press may register for a press pass below.

**Press credentials are available to bona fide editorial personnel only. This does not include ad sales reps, production personnel, and the like. You must include verification that you are a working member of the print or broadcast news media along with your request. Press should not also register as exhibitors. SIIM reserves the right to refuse press passes for any reason.**

SIIM requests that you provide a copy of the resulting coverage (pre or post meeting) to the SIIM office for our records.

STEPS TO REGISTER for SIIM 2008 PRESS BADGE:

1. Fill in the form below.

2. You must send verification that you are a working member of print or broadcast news media along with your request for each individual listed, include either:
• business card with your name and title from an established publication OR
• letter stating that you are on assignment at SIIM 2008 printed on official news organization letterhead.

3. Press Badges will be held on-site at the Attendee Registration Counter.
