The SCAR 2004 pre-registrant mailing list
has been provided by email to exhibiting companies for the purpose of promoting their participation at the SCAR 2004 meeting.
Please contact the SCAR office if you did not receive the list on May 6,
2004.
If you have not submitted your request for exhibitor personnel badges to the SCAR office (past due as of 5/3/04), please do so as soon as possible. Exhibitor personnel registration forms can be downloaded from

and faxed into the SCAR office.
