their first year of membership for a discounted fee by registering in the

Registration is complimentary, if the individual is not a member,
potential member, or speaker. The Conference Proceedings and SCAR U

| Cancellation/Refund
Policy: |
|
All cancellations and
requests for refunds must be in writing and received no later than April
30, 2004. Refunds are subject to an
$80 administrative fee. No
refunds will be issued after April 30, 2004.
