Session Description: The PACS troubleshooting roundtable is a discussion for the PACS
admin community surrounding troubleshooting tools and techniques for
PACS and other IT systems. Use of external troubleshooting teams (both
IT and vendor provided) will be discussed as well as current open source
and proprietary monitoring tools.
Learning Objectives: 1. Identify basic tools used for troubleshooting a PACS.
2. Describe proactive monitoring techniques and tools available.
3. Exchange ideas on tools and information that SIIM can provide.
