  Registration Fees
Payments must be made in U.S. dollars by check, traveler’s check, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover.

Payment in full is required to process your registration.

Your meeting fee includes: Refreshment breaks each day, brunch on Thursday, lunch on Friday and Saturday, and reception on Friday evening.

  Registration Categories
 
  • SIIM Member, Non-Member, New SIIM Member: Includes badge, final program, all sessions, entry into the exhibit hall, and SIIM 2008 abstract book. Non-members may elect to add their first year of membership for a discounted fee by registering in the New SIIM Member category.
  • One Day Only: Includes badge, final program, all sessions, entry into the exhibit hall, and SIIM 2008 abstract book. SIIM membership may be purchased separately.
  • SIIM Resident/Student Members: For SIIM Resident/Student members, meeting registration is complimentary. Documentation of full-time student status is required. All SIIM Resident/Student members receive the full package of meeting materials.
  • New SIIM Resident/Student Applicants: Residents/Students applying to be SIIM members at the 2008 annual meeting will receive complimentary meeting registration as part of their annual membership. Documentation of full-time student status is required. All SIIM Resident/Student members receive the full package of meeting materials.
  • Spouse/Companion: The registration fee for a Spouse/Companion is offered to any full-paying registrant for a fee of $50 and includes tickets to the opening and welcome receptions (breakfast and lunches during the meeting are restricted to paid attendees). One badge per registration will be given. The Spouse/Companion must not be a member, potential member, speaker, or guest. The SIIM 2008 abstract book is not included. Changes to these badges will not be allowed while on meeting site.
  • Pre-Conference Programs: The Imaging Informatics Professional Symposium has an additional registration fee.
 
  Badges
Attendees must wear badges at all times. You will not be admitted to the Exhibit Hall, General Sessions, or Educational Sessions without the proper badge.
