| SCAR is pleased to
announce that it has been able to secure a special discount agreement with
United Airlines unavailable to the general public. A 5% discount off
the lowest applicable fare will be offered ONLY when you or your travel
agent call United’s toll-free number 1-800-521-4041 and refer to Meeting
ID Number 509RQ. A 10% discount off the unrestricted mid-week
coach fare is available when purchased 7 days in advance. An
additional 5% discount will apply when you purchase your tickets at least
30 days in advance of your travel date. Discounts apply on United,
United Express and United code share flights operated by US Airways, US
Airways Express and Air Canada. |

Ground Transportation |

The Vancouver
International Airport (YVR) is approximately 11 miles (20 minute drive)
from downtown.
Airport Express departs every 15 minutes to
most major downtown hotels, Vancouver Convention Center and cruise ship
terminal, $12.00 each way or $18.00 roundtrip. Taxi fares are
roughly $27.00 CDN and private limousine service is $34.00 each way +
gratuity. All of these services accept credit cards. |

Vancouver, BC Canada. |
| SCAR has arranged
discounted rates for car rentals through Hertz. Reservations may be
placed online at www.hertz.com or
through the Hertz Meeting Sales Desk within the U.S. at 800-654-3001; from
within Canada call 800-263-0600; or from within Toronto call
1-416-620-9620. When booking your reservation please reference the
SCAR Meeting number CV#02010009 or identify SCAR to the Hertz
