Today many facilities are faced with a radiology staffing shortage combined with the challenge of effectively meeting the employment needs necessitated by a PACS implementation.

Bob Cooke, Executive Director of Network Systems for Fuji, will discuss the impact that these and other growing trends are having on the radiology industry.  Dr. Keith Dreyer, DO, Ph.D, Vice Chairman of Radiology Informatics at Massachusetts General Hospital and Principal of the Radiology Consulting Group, will then provide strategies and recommendations for facilities to address these concerns, including ways to identify the right technologies to meet their needs, and how they can most effectively staff for PACS.  Also meet the recipient of Fuji’s PACS Administration Scholarship and hear a brief account of their experience delving into the role of PACS Administrator.
